St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre Brantford is committed to safety and quality of care for our residents. In accordance with the Excellent Care for All Act 2010, we report on Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) metrics annually to Ontario Health. The plan represents our commitment to ensuring the care and services we provide are timely, effective, efficient, patient-centred, equitable and safe.

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
The SJLCB Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) 2023-24 Report, Quality Improvement 2023-24: A Year in Review reflects the interdisciplinary approach to quality improvement and safety undertaken by St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre Brantford in collaboration with residents and family. The report highlights the successes of fiscal year 2023-24 and the priorities planned for next year. It includes the CQI Framework, CQI Committee Workplan, QIP 2024-25, Risk Management Framework and Report, Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey (2023) as well as 23 Program Evaluations undertaken by the home.
